Manufacturing Capabilities
Everything Made In-House. Under One Roof.
Every process at Vanguard Regalia is performed in-house at our Sialkot facility. We do not outsource. Garment manufacturing, machine embroidery, laser cutting, braid and lace weaving, webbing production, and overlocking are all carried out by our own teams, on our own equipment, under direct quality supervision — giving buyers full traceability and consistent output from first sample to bulk production.
In-House Garments Manufacturing
Full garment construction — cutting, stitching, finishing — performed entirely within our own production floor.
In-House Machine Embroidery
High-speed computerised embroidery machines operated and maintained in-house for badges, insignia, and uniform decoration.
In-House Laser Cutting
Precision laser cutting for intricate shapes, appliqué components, and custom badge outlines with clean, sealed edges.
In-House Braids, Lace & Webbing
Our own braiding and weaving lines produce gold and silver lace, rank braid, and webbing to exact width and specification.
In-House Overlocking
All seam finishing and edge overlocking is done on-site, ensuring consistent stitch quality and durability across every order.
In-House Quality Control
A dedicated QC team inspects at every stage — pre-production, in-line, and final — before any goods leave the facility.
OEM Manufacturing
We manufacture to buyer specifications under their own brand or label. All artwork, trims, labels, and packaging can be customised. OEM orders are handled with full confidentiality and dedicated production scheduling to protect each client's product identity.
Custom Development
From concept sketch to approved sample, our in-house design and development team works directly with buyers to create new products. We advise on materials, construction methods, and finishing options — and iterate rapidly because every process is under our own roof.
Sampling Process
Pre-bulk samples are produced by the same teams and on the same equipment used for production — so what you approve is exactly what you receive at scale. Sample lead times are short because there is no third-party dependency.
